With a turbocharger, aggressive bodywork and large 18-inch wheels, The 2012 Volkswagon Beetle Turbo is certainly bringing the old beetle "bug" into the 21st century.
The new slicker look, the extra power and good performance credentials make the new  Volkswagen's workhorse 2.0-liter turbo beetle more appealing to men. With 200 hp,  and 207 lb-ft of torque with an EPA rated 21 mpg city and 30 mpg highway, the Turbo is fast and powerful enough to get you out of any corners quickly.
The design of the 2012 Beetle is magnetic  and unique. The power sunroof, Monsoon audio with a six-disc CD changer, leather seats, power windows and mirrors, keyless remote entry, stainless-steel foot-pedal cladding, and tasty aluminum trim touches inside, all make the turbo more sporty and luxurious.

Both Turbo and TDI models get additional gauges mounted on the dash that show oil temperature gauge, a clock with stopwatch function and a boost pressure gauge.

In addition to upgraded brakes and VW’s XDS electronic limited slip differential, Turbo models get a fully independent rear suspension.
